1. About this policy
This policy explains what personal data Wekae Solutions ("we", "us") collects when you visit wekaesolutions.com or contact us, and what we do with it. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
2. What we collect
- When you send an inquiry: your name, email, phone number (optional), the service you need, your budget (optional) and your project description.
- When you email us: your message and any attachments.
- If you hire us: the name and address you want on your invoice.
We don't collect card details, passwords or ID numbers through this website.
3. Cookies and analytics
We don't use advertising cookies or trackers. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and can't identify you.
4. How we use it
Only to reply to you, prepare a quote, and deliver and invoice your project. We never sell or share your details with marketers, and we won't add you to a mailing list without asking.
By sending the form, you agree to this use. You can withdraw that consent any time by emailing us.
5. Who helps us
- Cloudflare hosts this website and keeps it secure.
- Web3Forms delivers form messages to our inbox.
- Our email provider stores our emails.
Some of these may store data outside India.
6. Websites we build or host for clients
If you visit a website we built or host for a client, that business decides what data its site collects. We handle that data only on the client's behalf, to run their site. Please contact that business about your data.
7. How long we keep it
Inquiries: up to 12 months after we last heard from you. Client invoices and records: as long as tax law requires.
8. How we protect it
The site uses HTTPS. Our inbox and files are protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication, and only the Wekae team can access them. If a breach affects you, we'll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
9. Your rights and complaints
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you.

10. Children
Our services are for adults and businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
